Only the Third Time in Test History

This is just the third time in test history that the players from opposite side will play their 100th test match together. It makes this upcoming last match a very unique. Before that only 2 matches were seen where players from opposite side plays a test match in same test that are in 1965, with England’s Colin Cowdrey and Australia’s Ian Meckiff, and in 1987, involving England’s Graeme Gooch and New Zealand’s Greg Ritchie.
