There was apparently little interest in discussing the "tush push" during the committee meeting, thus it was not addressed.

According to Troy Vincent, clubs who would like to voice their thoughts on the matter can do so during the NFL league meetings on March 24-27.

Vincent recalled a prior regular season talk, where associated injuries were deemed minor, eliminating the need for further consideration.

Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni saw the advantages of the play for an offensive team that can execute it well.
