Dropped from Playing XI, Kuldeep Yadav Proves His Worth
Despite initial discussions of replacing Yadav with a fast bowler, the left-arm spinner proved his worth by dismantling England’s top order and leaving them reeling at 218 all out in the first innings. This marks Yadav’s fourth five-wicket haul in Test cricket.

Ravichandran Ashwin, playing his 100th Test match, also performed well and took 4 wickets, while Ravindra Jadeja also got 1 wicket.
